— My story

I came to Canada in 2023. Here is why I do this work.

Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent. Kitchener, Ontario. English, Hindi, Telugu.

I spent years in tech. Building things, shipping things, believing the work was solid ground. Then the layoffs started. Not at one company. At all of them. Round after round, taking out people who were good at what they did. People with mortgages and kids and nothing wrong with their performance. Just numbers that needed to get smaller. I was not immune to it. Neither was anyone around me.

That experience changed something in me. I stopped asking how to get a better job and started asking a different question entirely. What actually protects a family when things go wrong? Not a job title. Not a salary. Something real.

The answer kept coming back to the same place. Life insurance that pays when you cannot work. A disability policy that replaces your income if your body gives out before your mortgage does. An RRSP or TFSA growing quietly while you focus on your career. Simple things. But things that most newcomer families in Canada do not have in place, and nobody ever explained why they matter.

I got licensed because I saw that gap every single day. The bank gives you a chequing account and a credit card and calls it onboarding. Nobody explains the TFSA room you are losing every year you wait. Nobody explains what happens to your family if you cannot work next month. I wanted to be the person who actually sits down, explains it clearly, and then helps you build a plan. In English. In Hindi. In Telugu. No selling on the call. Just an honest conversation.

Today I am a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent based in Kitchener, working with newcomer families across Ontario on three things: life insurance, disability insurance, and critical illness protection if something goes wrong, a savings plan using RRSP, TFSA, RESP, and FHSA for the goals that brought you here, and a real debt strategy with an actual finish line. I also help families with Super Visa insurance for visiting parents. The financial review is free — 30 minutes, no selling on the call. One conversation. In English, Hindi, or Telugu. No selling on the call.

What I commit to every client

How I work with families

Questions before pitches — always. The first call is entirely about your situation. No product pitch, no quote, no price sheet on call one.

I will tell you when I am not the right fit. If your bank already has the right product for you, or you need a fee-only CFP instead of a licensed agent, I will say so and point you there.

No cost to you. Ever. The review is free. If a product makes sense and you decide to move forward, I am paid by the provider — not by you. You will never receive an invoice from me.

A written plan — free — regardless of outcome. You leave the first review with a written summary of your top three priorities. Yours to keep whether you work with me or not.
